The owners were wanting to upgrade their original 1970’s property to something more flexible and suitable for both family time away and the rental market. The entire house was gutted and fully insulated to a modern-day standard making it much more cozy and economic to run. Externally a large composite deck was added. All the windows were replaced and the completely remodelled internally with a new kitchen and ensuites added. The décor and fittings were upgraded making it a contemporary and modern space that better reflected the client’s needs.
