About Us
Garth Menzies and his team of professionals specialise in commercial and residential projects. The company undertakes new build, renovation of modern and old properties, and medium/larger home-improvement projects in the GlenTay/Loch Tay, Aberfeldy, Kinloch Rannoch, Pitlochry, Dunkeld, Perth areas of rural Scotland. Most work comes through recommendation, and they incorporate all trades and were responsible for joinery and electrical work at the newly developed Scottish Crannog Centre. Other works include a superb, modern and complex residential build into the hillside near Taymouth Marina, a new boathouse built into Loch Tay near Fearnan as well as other projects such as a holiday cottage in Glen Lyon and the complete redevelopment of a deconsecrated chapel, with modern extension including kitchen, roof, car deck, with stunning views over Loch Tay.
