The brief was to build a new boathouse on the loch side at the bottom of a steep bank currently inaccessible. By the use of a tracked dumper we arranged the delivery of all materials to the site and built a timber framed construction with corrugated metal roof and timber stained black to blend into the existing landscape and existing structures already on site. The unit incorporated sliding doors and a secure storage area for gear.
