A new build project that allowed customers of Highland Safaris to interact with deer safely and sympathetically. The red deer feeder was of wooden construction with an open-air double rail raised viewing deck along the eastern side that allows deer to approach. This raised design above the level of the field restricts deer entry but allows safe interaction by customers. Inside the snug exhibition area, it features a log-burning stove, an open timber roof and large double-glassed windows to view the deer paddock on even the coldest days.
