A new build project overlooking the town of Aberfeldy. The client wanted to be able to take advantage of the spectacular views across the valley. A Ground Source Heat Pump and solar panels give low running costs. The multiple Velux roof windows shed light into the glass balustraded interior gallery walkway allowing views down into the kitchen and living areas below. External landscaping required a snaking drive to be created to allow access down a steep approach. The property is externally clad in larch which weathers back to give a beautiful natural look with additional stone cladding. Coupled with modern glass balconies to give this property a contemporary feel whilst blending effortlessly into the hillside.
