A sensitive melding of the original deconsecrated chapel with a modern kitchen extension. This project required not only overcoming the difficulties of access logistics but also the unusual construction of roof deck parking on top of the new kitchen roof as this was the only location for off road parking. The project required the installation of Velux Balcony windows and a high specification finish throughout, including a large high specification kitchen with granite worksurface island with integral sink. Geldart Renovations handled everything from the steelwork sourcing, fabrication and installation, liaising with all service providers handling all trades within the building, from our own in-house tradesmen including joinery, plastering, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating and managing our skilled electrical and groundwork subcontractors. The project included the installation of exterior feature lighting and final landscaping.
